Nana’s Herb & Tomato Pasta Salad

Growing up my Mother made this Tomato Pasta Salad as soon as local tomatoes became available. My signature is adding fresh herbs from my garden. The idea of blending lots of different herbs is not really my own. In southern France it is a tradition to blend aromatic herbs that flourish in the hills during the hot summer months. Herbs De Provence is the name of this French blend and Its one of my favorites!
