This Holiday season when choosing a complex carbohydrate choose the top rated veggie, the sweet potato. The benefits of a nutritional sweet potato are impressive. It has almost twice the recommended daily allowance of Vitamin A, lots of beta carotene, over 40 percent of the daily recommendation for Vitamin C and when eaten with the skin, sweet potatoes have more fiber than a bowl of oatmeal. All these benefits with only about 150 calories!

i heard that pancake mix and most things with yeast in it, does not have a very long shelf life. it seems that the yeast becomes a toxic mold that can be very dangerous. is this only harmful to only people with mold allergies, or can it harm people who dont .
