Nirvana Meatballs
No surprise, nirvana meatballs are loved for their absolute best blend of flavors, juicy texture, and how they melt in your mouth. They are a culinary delight that brings comfort and yumminess with every bite.
Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 diced medium purple onion
- ¼ tsp minced garlic
- 1½ tsp Italian seasoning
- ½ tsp oregano
- ¾ tsp crushed pepper flakes
- 1 tsp sea salt
- Dash ground black pepper
- Dash hot pepper sauce
- ⅓ cup milk
- ¼ cup parmesan cheese, grated
- ½ cup Panko bread crumbs
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400℉, line sheet pan with parchment paper, and set aside.
- In a large bowl, mix ground beef with diced onion, spices, hot pepper, and Worcestershire sauce.
- Add milk, parmesan cheese, and panko bread crumbs until well mixed.
- Scoop into 1½" meatballs spacing 1" apart on sheet pan.
- Bake for 25 minutes or until inside is grey (Don't be fooled by the purple onions).
